These terms and conditions apply to all transactions by any customers. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for your future reference. By registering at the online store you accept and agree to be bound by the Online Store Terms and the terms and conditions of this website.
All trading on this website is subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any purchase, manipulation or fraud is deemed unlawful by English Law, then it shall also be deemed by this website, and any appropriate penalties may be enforced.
Acceptance of orders
Any order is a request for a product only. Any automatic order confirmations serve as a notice of a product request and a confirmation that your order has been received only and does not validate a confirmed order. All orders require manual authorisation, and we maintain the right at any time to refuse an order.
We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Reproduction
As many of our products are custom made, some differences may occur with your product and the product photo. Product photos, and their representation thereof (including size, colour, shape, and any other feature) are for illustrative purposes only.
Products and Pricing
All product prices include Value Added Tax (“VAT”) where applicable. These may change in line with UK government, Customs and Excise, EU directives, and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities.
We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
Returns
Faulty items may be returned at customer's expense. If you plan on returning a product, please contact us prior to sending the item back. Delivery
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.
